The over all experience was wonderful. Mike was helpful through the whole process. He was friendly and more than willing to work we me every step of the way. I can be a bit impossible at times but Mike had patience (rare today) and just made me smile the whole time. I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase but having a guy like Mike on your side was wonderful. Let's face it buying a new vehicle is a choir but Mike made it a breeze. Thank you Carls for having an employee that cares.

You Folks ROCK! It started with a vehicle inquiry to Matt Remy via the internet. It was very refreshing to deal with Matt, as he was both personable and direct. He was thorough and made their case for the vehicle and pricing. It was a pleasant surprise to make the trip North to see the actual car and discovered it was exactly as he described. His associate, Joe Womack, who handled the details in his absence over the weekend, was every bit as thorough and pleasant as Matt. The paperwork experience at delivery was painless, thanks to Sonia in the Finance department. Buick has always been a class act and Carl's and the staff we met really compliment that fact. I guess we're not buying future vehicles from anyone else. Thanks for the great job and follow thru.

Just a few words about my experience with your Salesman Matt Remy. After a bad wreck & a total loss on my new van a week ago I needed a used vehicle to hold me over till things settled down. I went to the internet & found a 03 Buick Rendezvous that would work for me, so I emailed a request. From the first call Matt gave me until the deal was done he was great, never pushy & never like the 1975 car salesman of yesteryear. He was a true gentleman & a real pleasure to do business with. The part that amazed me is that we didnt do the endless haggle, he asked where I needed to be, we texted back & forth a few times & it was done. Matt was also very knowledgable & confident about the entire Buick line up. After telling Matt that I was a true car lover kind of guy he actually took some time to show me some newer vehicles & explained all the new the great features that are now in the new Buick line. Impressive to say the least. Never has an auto purchase in my life gone so quick, smooth & yet so thorough. I am in the Plumbing service business & have been for almost 30 years, I know from experience that Matt possesses the skills that I try to instill in all of my customer service staff. I would also like to add that my closing with Steve Lippai was excellent, he was throrough, pleasant & a true professional. As a result of this experience we will be buying the rest of our Vehicles from Carl's Buick. Job well done ! Id like to thank all at Carl's Buick who made our purchase so pleasant.

I’ve been a satisfied service customer of yours for years. One of the most important reasons for that is my service consultant, Ann Marie Martin. This young woman goes above and beyond to make sure that whatever is ailing my car gets remedied and done as quickly as possible. She has always treated me respectfully and courteously. I believe she treats me like I was part of her family and because of that I know I can trust her. Because of her I can recommend Carl’s without hesitation.

I came in the other day because I needed a new battery. Tom, your other service consultant, greeted me. He immediately knew what the problem was and when I told him about my relationship with Ann Marie he wrote the sale up for her. Now that’s teamwork at it’s best. I know he’s been with you for some time as well and he is an asset to your company as well. But I started out with Ann Marie’s sister Kelleigh and when she moved away I was just so glad that Ann Marie was there!

In today’s world of complaints and problematic issues I just wanted to give you some good news! Oh! One last thing, the lady that cashed me out was a sweetheart. I’m sorry I don’t know her name.

Just wanted to take another moment of your time to say “thank you” for your expertise and special attention in helping me with the purchase of the 2010 Silver Lucerne. I must say The Lone Ranger never looked so good on his ride Silver! You really are a special person whose care for his customers makes you a rare and special person.

I know most of us who are buying cars have a general idea of what we want, made especially complicated by so many choices. You patiently helped me zero mine down to the silver beauty I now drive. Every time I checked to see if you were finally fed up with me, you simply said, “Let’s keep looking until we get it right.” Well, it took us six hours last Thursday and we finally got it right! Then again, it actually was three months ahead of the Lease running out, so we’re just going to have to call you “Speedy Gonzales!”

I really appreciated the attention to detail and the sincere interest you have in making sure the transfer went so smooth. I’d like to extend a very special thanks to Steve for helping with the finance portion, to Tom with the Service portion and to Rose Ann with the paint and other details. From the day I first drove in last winter to get a three thousand mile tune up I realized I was in a first class operation. My opinion has only grown stronger with each visit and I tell everyone I meet that I hit a grand slam going there first (and nowhere else since!) You certainly are a great team, and from meeting so many of you I realize it is not by accident (you should pardon the expression).

My compliments to Mr. Fisher (I think that’s right) for creating the atmosphere and energy that keep this team together.

I am delighted with my purchase, and will always stop in to check on you whenever I’m in the neighborhood. Good men are hard to find, but you, my pal, are exceptional. God Bless you and your family, your co-workers, and the Dealership, too.

Just a quick note to thank you, Bob Lloyd and the crew for the instrument cluster installation. It’s fantastic! My wife and I both feel like we have a new car. The ease in reading the instruments makes a world of difference. And of course it looks sharp too.

Added to our appreciation was the accommodation in spite of your busy schedule. And I feel a bit guilty for having gotten a little antsy as the passage of time was closing in my noon hour plans. (Fran said I worry too much.) But I want to apologize for getting a bit fidgety. No excuses for it.

Just a quick note to commend your folks at Carl’s. I purchased a used vehicle last week at a reasonable price and with the understanding that a few mechanical issues would be taken care of. Tony, the pre-owned salesman, was professional and courteous as well as cooperative in dealing with me.

I was bringing the vehicle in for the agreed upon repairs when it stalled a block from the store. I walked down and let Tony know what had happened. In no time he had Ann Marie from service involved and she immediately had a tow truck dispatched to retrieve the car.

When it was diagnosed, Rick, the pre-owned manager authorized it to be repaired without hesitation. Ann Marie diligently kept me informed of the progress and Tony assured that I had a loaner to use until I could get my vehicle back. The technician, Kevin, explained the issues to me in detail (am a marine engineer and mechanic in my “past” life) and he obviously is competent in his area.

What a fantastic crew to work with. I will be happy to recommend all of my friends to your dealership and will be back when my wife is ready to trade her Buick. I know you probably get the complaints when things don’t go exactly the way customers would like them to. I believe that you also should get the kudos when your team performs admirably. I am a Chaplin with Treasure Coast Hospice here in Stuart and will be sure my co-workers also know of your excellent service.
